Rental Requirements

•     Credit card under the name of the renter, issued by a major credit card company
•    A minimum of $750 rental deposit, according to selected insurance; this amount is refunded upon safe return of vehicle
•    Valid Passport or ID, and driver license
•    18 years of age or older (deductibles on LDW are doubled if renter is between ages 18 - 21 of years)
•    Vehicles should be returned with the same amount of fuel as delivered, to avoid a refueling fee of $1.25 per liter.

•    Minimum rental period is 3 days


Any adjustments or modifications to the reservation may change the final rate.

We request a credit card to secure your reservation.  Please provide us with payment information within 72 hours after your reservation request has been received, otherwise your reservations will be changed to "stand-by" and rental is based on availability.

Your credit card will not be charged until you pick up the vehicle.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes to reservation must be received at least 72 hrs prior to your scheduled rental start date or end date otherwise a 1 day rental will be billed to your card.    In case of a "no-show" or you decide not to take the car at the time of rental, we charge the equivalent of a 1 day rental to your credit card, plus delivery fees (if applicable).

All car rental rates are based on 24-hr increments.  We offer a 4 hour "grace" period.   If vehicle is returned 4 hrs after scheduled return time, a full daily rate will be charged.
